Amy Berkeley-BrownCame in on yesterday evening with my daughter and observed a cashier get into a cursing match with a guest š I was less than thrilled because it seemed as if the employee instigated the verbal altercation. There was a disagreement over pricing. The cashier became visibly agitated when the young man did not want to accept the offer. I wasn't aware that when you sell clothes to UC that you are obligated to accept the offer. šThe gentleman was leaving and trying to gather his belongings when the cashier kept saying things to provoke him. His response was I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME. Stop talking to me. I don't agree with him swearing and calling them ugly names but if a guest has said that they have heard you then why purposely add fuel to the fire? The male employee did nothing to assist or refuse the situation except for say that my daughter was in the dressing room. I expected better from you guys and I am extremely disappointed and I won't be returning. You guys have a nice business but the staff lacks professionalism.

Upon coming, they said they didnāt accept anything above xl and that they donāt accept fast fashion like Shein despite this sign being on the door. Just wouldnāt waste the drive over in case that might apply to you.
