Excellent and professional service! Mike from the sales side and Scott and Jorge as the project managers made the process of a new roof - dare I say enjoyable! Scott communicated throughout the project and Jorge came back to instruct on the solar skylights. After shopping around for estimates I came back to Ruff Roofers because of the competitive pricing and customer service. My roof is a challenge with additions and slope changes and trusted the best for a roof to last my lifetime.

This company delivers spot on service. Great return response with appraisals; sample shingle colors upon request; quick turn around time on scheduling and very professional team of hard workers. We were well pleased with the safety standards of Ruff Roofers staff they didn’t take any short cuts when it came to employee safety; property safety and homeowners safety. Before pictures, work in progress and finished roof installation. Kudos to Ruff Roofers.

Amazing company! They replaced our roof about 6 years ago. Unfortunately, we experienced a house fire this year. We called Mike Brewer from Ruff and he was at our house the next day (on the weekend) to evaluate the damage. Needless to say that is exceptional customer service. We would never use anyone else!
