Had a great experience at this location a few weekends ago! I came in looking for ASICS and after trying them on we realized that the brand changed their shoes so both men who helped me really did their best to help me find the perfect shoe. Very knowledgeable and friendly and super patient as I am very particular about shoes! I would also classify myself as friendly but probably a difficult customer due to how particular I am. I eventually found a shoe I liked and need to come back to order it, but haven’t yet! Nonetheless wanted to make sure to write a great review as their staff are staff I would hire as a hiring manager due to customer service and the ability to converse with customers in an upbeat way! Went in looking for one specific sneaker and John was nothing but knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Not sure if he's the manager/owner or what but ask any question about any shoe and he had the answer. Very well versed in what he's selling. He recommended several other pairs as well and I walked out with a different pair that was even better than what I came in for. Excellent at juggling several customers at once. Hats off, John! As with other reviews, it is great to go back to that old school feel of entering a shop that has employees who are passionate and knowledgeable about their products. Cut out the online searches, the YouTube reviews and social media, and go straight to the source. Very happy with my purchase and experience today!
