OliviaThere is an employee who works here I think his name is Win he makes the best flat whites I have ever tasted. I have experience working at Starbucks and am often disappointed when the milk is not steamed properly but he makes it to perfection so smooth and a perfect pattern on the top. Please give him the recognition he deserves!

Sarah RoughleyIt was the first time I had been to Starbucks I came into the Bicester one with my daughter and grandson yesterday I can honestly say it was awful the atmosphere was flat and the food was awful muck in my opinion and the best bit of all you charge a fortune for it it’s just not that fancy there was only tuna on everything didn’t matter if you had a panini or a sandwich tuna tuna tuna everywhere and absolutely no choice for children just the same as adults you should only eat and drink there if you win the lotttery the staff were so slow and seemed to keep scanning what I had at one point it was nearly £40 we only had a sandwich and a drink and my grandson didn’t even have a drink and 2 packets of crisp robbery that’s what I will be calling star bucks from now
