I had an amazing shopping experience at Oak + Fort thanks to Kate. Not only was she super helpful but she went above and beyond when I couldn’t find my size in a sweater I loved. She was wearing it herself and instead of just telling me they didn’t have it, she offered for me to try hers on so I could get a better idea of the fit. It was such a thoughtful touch! She made sure I had everything I needed to place my order online. I truly appreciated her going out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Organized, tidy, neat, clean, airy, and spacious. Nowadays, many stores are overflowing with stock, but Oak and Fort focuses on quality rather than quantity. Despite being in the mid-range price group, the store exudes a high-end European 'old money' vibe reminiscent of famous fashion houses. The staff is very classy, they smile and observe you without being pushy, and approaching you when you need assistance.

My visit today was fantastic! The associate helping me in the fitting room was so attentive and helpful without being annoying, he was great! Their clothes and jewelry are comfortable and on point with current fashion trends without being cheap or insanely expensive, I’ll definitely be back! The store was also immaculate.
