Gerald AllsupWe were disappointed in the last service on our Mitsubishi Fuso flatbed Sept of 2024. They charged me $279 for about 3 quarts of diff lube. When I asked for an explanation, they said they charge by the 5 gal. quantity and I could have the remainder of the 5 gal. if I wanted. What am I supposed to do with over 4 gals of diff lube? They also said I needed a new battery. I got the truck back with the battery cover in the cab and not reinstalled on the battery. They said that they couldn't put it on even though the truck came in with it installed. No further explanation was given. They also insisted that I needed to replace the windshield wipers though I had replaced them with new ones 2 months prior.
