We recently hired Ryan Lawn & Tree for a variety of services, including lawn fertilization, weed control, tree trimming, and irrigation maintenance (turn-up and turn-down). From the start, the experience has been very positive. The estimator who came out was highly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the services and answer our questions. The tree trimming was scheduled and completed within just a few days, and the crew did an excellent job—efficient, thorough, and left everything clean. Communication from the team has been excellent, keeping us updated every step of the way. Lawn services are progressing as expected, and we’re hopeful to see improved results compared to our previous provider. Overall, the process has been smooth, and we appreciate the recommendation from our neighbor. Looking forward to continuing with their services!

This place has many problems, especially with billing. I’m so sick of getting bills for hundreds of dollars marked “URGENT - 50 days late” when they did the service less than 2 weeks ago. They charged $360 for cutting a twig off a tree and then accused us of being late 2 weeks after they were here. We overpaid once this year and they never informed us; just kept it! Then accused us of being late. I just cancelled all our services. They charged $360 for cutting a twig off this tree. This tree was supposed to be pruned so it was no longer over the neighbors’s house and gutters. All they cut off was a “branch” over the deck, per the neighbors. The whole tree is still looming over their house and Ryan wants us to pay $360 by telepathy within minutes of the twig being cut. They used to be good, but the last few years they’ve gone way down hill. They take no responsibility for their mistakes either . Response to Ryan’s response: the “late” amount was $10.25 and it was paid well before your “$370 urgent 50 days late” notice in red letters for a tree pruning just 2 weeks prior (bad job was done: only a twig was cut for $370). Stop blaming customers for your incompetence.

We would like to thank you for sending Tacho and John to construct our landscaping project. They did an awesome job. Each layer was measured and cut precisely, resulting in perfect multilevel planters and retaining wall. The recessed lighting adds just the right touch. We look forward to warmer weather when grass and shrubs can be added. Hats off to you gentlemen for a great job.
