I recently reached out to Ryan Plumbing as he was highly recommended by a number of my neighbours and friends. One of Ryan's team members, Dave, responded quickly and he immediately went to work to identify and repair the problems that I was having with the toilets and drains. Dave was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. His work ethic is admirable. Ryan and Dave were both a pleasure to deal with and I will certainly reach out to Ryan Plumbing in the future. Sept 2023: Ryan, David, and Brock were lovely--they did the job exactly as I'd hoped. Ryan coordinated the appointment and David and Brock conducted the work onsite. It was a dishwasher install, plus drilling through a thick, tough part of the counter because the proper electrical hookup wasn't in place. Came in under the anticipated budget as well when it was originally quoted that it could end up being higher. I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. Thanks again for the quality service! Update Dec 19 2023: David came for an emergency visit (kitchen sink clogged up and washer had backed up into it, flooding kitchen yesterday). I thought no way could I get a plumber so I called TaskRabbit yesterday. No fix and by the time they were done I had a new leak! David came out this morning on an emergency call and fixed everything. Impeccable, meticulous work. Humble, courteous and kind, as always. Offered to clean whole area after as well. Thank you David!!!
