I & my partner were looking to move to a ground floor in Scarborough and we started to randomly check a few marketplace ads when we came across one the listings by Steve Stavrev. The minute we showed our interest he actively shared many more listings around our budget. We had a few check marks for our new place which Steve took care of. It was for the first time we rented a property via a realtor in the last 6 years being in Canada and we were a bit anxious about the process. But Steve clearly put all the extra efforts to explain every single detail and turnaround quickly for every doubt we had. He constantly remained in touch with the landlord’s agent for any questions we had and kept us in loop all the time. We both are glad to trust him with our big decision and we happily moved to our new place just like the one we thought of.
