Nice easy check in process, easy area for backing . DONT OPEN YOUR DOORS, they will do it from inside. Drop and disconnect. Loading pretty standard time . Seems like it's not a bad place to come every once in awhile .
- Ryder warehouse for Kellogg's - Long line at the gate, took 25 minutes to check-in only to find out my load was rescheduled for the next day! Got TONU but being 2pm couldn't get a backhaul till next day.
I picked up and delivered a few loads to and from this location. There's a couple of things to be aware of. Do not be more than 1 hour late. You will be rejected Your trailer has to be free of debris (dust and wood 3" or larger) You have to completely disconnect from the trailer (-1 star) My opinion** They have the standard light system and a lock while loading hook on every dock, so the disconnect requirement is unnecessary! There's no public restrooms (-1 star) This facility's lot is huge. Docking shouldn't be a problem. Unloading/ Loading time average 2.5 hours check-in to check-out (based on 5 visits) The security and clerks are friendly. Be pleasant & courtesy with them, and your experience should be great.
