Really bad customer service. Don’t even how to talk and serve the customer. Definitely need a lot of training for customer service. The guy sitting on the chair looks like so frustrated maybe because of personal issue. But he is getting that frustration on customer. This is second time happened with. If i have a choice of negative rating, will definitely give -1000 stars. Hope someone from their superior will read this and try to improve.
