S. Gerald Musser Builder LLC

My Fiancé and I recently just built a home with S. Gerald Musser. We are very very pleased to say the least. We would recommend this builder to anybody. Any questions or concerns we had during this process, Linford and his team were right there to answer them for us. We are in love with our new home and can’t thank this builder enough for turning our dream home into a reality!

Had a fantastic experience building with Linford. Building a home can be very stressful from the standpoint that there are thousands of decisions to be made, but Linford and his crew were flexible with our many changes throughout the process. We love how everything turned out and are thankful for a quality build on our dream home. If I had to nit pick on one thing, my only complaint is the painting. Drywall was only spray finished, which I would have expected a custom build to be back rolled. Overall though very pleased and would recommend them to anyone building a home. Fair on pricing, and you won’t be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with the team at S. Gerald Musser Builders. This was my first experience with a new build, and my husband’s third, so he happily handed everything over to me, thus avoiding the revelation of any fissures in our union. I didn’t know the process could be difficult for some people, because it was so EASY for me. Knowledgeable contractors to answer all the questions that I asked over and over. The quality of the workmanship was high. I love the rounded corners inside. My daughter lives in an historic home in Philadelphia and she has those too!!! The man in charge of my house was Gerald Lynn and he was always available, easy to reach, and responsive to any potential issues. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.
