Aasheekaa NatarajanA long review from an NRI - I visited S Salon the morning of my flight hoping to get some salon time before leaving India. The experience blew me away. Not only did Crystal accomodate me, but every few minutes she accommodated all of my requests, moved around scheduled and managed the team. At one point there were 3 People working on me! I had the best experience here. From Sarjit who gave me a dreamy head spa and a beautiful layer cut to Anil and Rajesh with my nails and Sejal with an incredible facial that completely relaxed me. If I lived here, I would visit everyday 😀 Everyone was kind, professional and efficient. Well done team S Salon!
Umme Mehr HazarikaI visited this salon to get my nails done with a friend, based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. First, the nail technician attending to me, Sejal, was adamant about doing acrylic nails despite me clearly communicating my preference for gel nails because I dislike the smell of acrylic. After much back-and-forth, she finally agreed to do gel nails, but the application was subpar. It was unevenly applied, and the filing and finishing were unsatisfactory. Additionally, when my friend and I tried to understand the pricing discrepancy between the salon and the LUZO app during billing, the receptionist, whose name I cannot recall, was extremely rude and unwilling to explain politely or kindly. Despite our insistence on being treated with patience and respect, she found it difficult to do so. While Sejal may improve her skills with time, the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable and has deterred us from returning to this salon. Her rudeness made us feel disrespected and devalued as customers. A salon should prioritize providing a pleasant experience, which was unfortunately lacking during our visit.
