Service dropped from 5 star to 1 star! I have been using them for quite some time. The customer service lady is good & friendly. Always call to inform the delivery slot 1 day before. Today the delivery guys came, 2 men. They insisted to leave my bulky item outside my unit. One of the guy told me if wanna put inside my unit, have to pay him extra! Hello!! I never encountered this with other delivery guy from the same company? By the way, the packing of my item also a bit torn.

Good service and handling of items. As the item i bought is huge and fragile, the customer service contacted me when it was received in China and suggested a wooden structure crate to prevent damage. Although the sea port in guangzhou was intermittent service due to covid, they managed to ship and deliver to me in less than 2 weeks. The delivery guy knew that I was alone and helped position the items properly within my house. Its not my first time using their service. I have been using them for the last 2 years for both sea and air delivery from China. Very responsive and always deliver my items in good condition although there are some delays at times for sea shipments due to custom clearance, which is understandable. Great job guys!

Punctual delivery despite scheduled the last delivery of the day. As it was too late, they came back the following morning to help uncrate 9 crates of furnitures. Will cont this third party freight forwarder.
