It's nice to see a GAB response but it requires one very significant clarification. There is total agreement that divulging any attorney/client information is completely inappropriate but no one ever made such a request. The only dialogue and/or correspondence about Mr. Bennett's present client was solely a reference to his obvious skill set representing said client and our awareness of it which became the primary reason he was deemed the ideal person to take on my friend's case. With this key distinction now on record, perhaps GAB will reconvene and realize there is good reason to engage as this is a clear gaff on their part ?

The administrative staff for GAB totally dropped the ball in their commitment to reply; in particular, after a face to face conversation with Mr. Bennett and numerous follow up emails seeking a simple yes/no answer on legal representation, no one at GAB has had the common courtesy to reply. Having witnessed the obvious skill set Mr. Bennett utilized against the very company my friend has a legal dispute with makes it all the more disappointing not to get a response and have to see him now seek another legal firm without the same related experience.

Met with Gary for the first time yesterday and was not sure what to expect. The meeting was amazing. Gary made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain every detail of my agreement offer.
