Two of my friends have been accused of stealing from there when attempting to shop and look at their jewellery. One of my friends was even grabbed by the store owner and police had to get involved. Very poor customer service and I can confidently say that I will never be frequenting this establishment.

The people who work here are so supportive and kind. They helped me find all the beads I was looking for. We even talked about cool ideas for new craft projects with my beads. Will definitely be back to get more beads and notions.
