She always made sure to spend time with Tree along with feeding her and making sure she had enough water. She texted or emailed a picture each day. My wife and I frequently have to leave town on short notice for work. Betsy has ALWAYS come through for us. She is reliable and always respectful of our home. "No" or "I can't" doesn't seem to be in her vocabulary. Help over the holidays?! A foot of snow has the city locked down?! Out of treats?! No problem. Betsy just handles it. She is truly a professional and we wouldn't trust our furry kids with anyone else. I don't really know what other places charge for the same services but I don't care to find out. Betsy definitely doesn't charge as much as she should.
