I just had the awesome opportunity to meet Lei. He’s the Ecostar Technician who is helping me. We are new to the area and have a new build. With all of that comes new critters especially as the season is changing. Lei is amazing! He is very professional. He called prior to arrival, and then introduced himself upon arrival. He is very courteous and explains everything throughly. He asked if I had questions and if it was okay to proceed. With our rainy weather we have today, he was only able to treat the inside of our home, but we discussed his return to take care of things outside, as soon as the rain is gone and things are a bit more dry. It’s great to have the same person time and time again. I’d love to have Lei be assigned to our home and together we can work to take care of all of our needs when it comes to pest and bug control. I also like that the products are safe for our dogs and our grand babies. Thanks for great service Lei & Ecostar! I look forward to a great relationship with you all.

It was a pleasure to have Joe Hutchins do the pest control services at my home. I found Joe to be very efficient and he took his time and did not rush. He checked with me to see what my needs were and at the end of his service he checked in again to let me know he was finished and to be sure I was satisfied. He is highly recommended!
