Jarrod of Safe Touch, was on time, very professional and personal. He not only did what had to be done, he gave me instructions on how it all works. This is not the first time he has been here. Each time I had a great experience with him. Give this man a raise! A job well done.

System is solid and the techs know what they are doing and are both professional and courteous. Customer service, on the other hand, seems to have declined. Reps don't listen and schedule techs to come out when you expect them, and they do ludicrous things, like admonish me for taking the battery out of the failing CO2 sensor that's screaming at me every 2 minutes on a Sunday night when the Safe Touch support desk is closed and can't resolve the issue remotely. No matter how many times I told the CS rep that I had no choice but to remove the battery, she insisted I should not do that in the future or it will void the warranty (on a device that carries a tag on the side saying it should have been replaced 1 year ago, which made do difference to the rep).

Safe Touch provides great service and protection. Everyone that I deal with is very professional. Sean came to my house yesterday and repaired my system and checked everything to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent service.!
