If there was an option for zero stars, this place would deserve it. The so-called manager at Saffron Hotel behaves as if Dubai is his personal property — arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unfit for hospitality. His attitude is beyond disgusting; he talks down to customers as if we owe him something, and dares to criticize the guests who pay to stay here. The hospitality is absolutely pathetic. Forget “guest service” — they treat guests like intruders. Apparently, according to this hotel, customers aren’t even allowed to have guests! What kind of ridiculous rule is that in a city like Dubai, known for its tourism and respect for people? The manager’s tone and behavior were shockingly rude, showing no manners, no empathy, and no sense of how to handle customers. He needs serious training on how to speak to people. The entire management attitude screams unprofessionalism and ego. If you value your peace, respect, and dignity — stay far away from this hotel. There are hundreds of better options in Dubai that actually understand what hospitality means.

1)First for the managment. Please action the the guest request. I lost an item inside your hotel but everybody telling nothing they check all but i woudnt find.it's imposible on my side either guest took that item or they didint check it very well.im so dis appointed. 2) you have mini bar inside your room Hotel that if the guest consume.they have to pay. Im so really got upset because they accuse me that i drink that but i've never drink that so please check it very well nextime.they ask me to pay but how can i pay if didint drink . 3. But some staff is kind and friendly. Anyway still thank you all.

I read those reviews on here about the receptionist in the hotel and i was aware about that. But when i arrived the Filipina receptionist was very welcoming and friendly also other staffs. The room is clean, tidy and quite , and i got big discount when i booked on App with that price i cant complain about anything. Only one small note that i would feel more secured if the door can be locked from inside by hand (they have but it broken) , of course the door is still locked and only can open by the key card, but i prefer to have one more security step. And the water tap in the tub should be change it kinda weak. But still have great experience at the hotel

Saffron Hotel has a good location and the staff is polite, but overall the experience was below expectations. The rooms need better cleaning and maintenance. With some improvements in facilities, it could become a much nicer place to stay.
