I joined Save As Web through Internshala, and during my interview, Mr. Santosh Yadav explained my job role, responsibilities, and promised training. However, when I asked about my salary and travel allowance, he was hesitant and kept giving vague answers. After repeatedly asking, he finally told me verbally that he would pay the travel allowance along with the salary mentioned on Internshala. I also requested an Appointment/Offer Letter, which he promised to provide when I joined, but despite multiple reminders, he never gave it to me. Still, I went ahead and worked for him. I worked every day for 10 hours throughout January 2025, but instead of acknowledging my efforts, Mr. Santosh often taunted me, saying I wasn’t working enough. He never provided any training and constantly criticized my skills, yet he made me work on client projects. If I made a mistake, I asked him for guidance, but he refused to help. In February, I fell sick with viral fever for two weeks and informed him about my condition, but he responded immaturely, accusing me of taking a vacation. After partially recovering, I resigned in mid-February due to my health and asked for my pending salary and travel allowance. Mr. Santosh started giving vague replies and kept delaying the payment. After constant reminders, he promised to pay by mid-March, claiming he didn’t have funds. Even after mid-March, he ignored my messages. He not only cheated me but also betrayed my trust. His unprofessionalism and dishonesty make Save As Web an unreliable workplace.
