Amazing team that cares for our puppy Tulip. Proactive approach towards shots/vaccinations with Dr. Elena. As new dog owners, we're still figuring things out. The vets, vet techs, and receptionists are all so friendly and understanding with a willingness to reach & educate. They also LOVE pets. Call instead of booking online if it's something urgent but not an emergency! Their online protocols will also encourage you to. They squeezed us in the same day when we called in as soon as they opened and we were so grateful and relieved to be seen by Dr. Yulii. After years of searching for the right support to help our golden doodle manage her anxiety, we are genuinely grateful to have found Sage Creek Animal Hospital. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Parking was easy, and the moment we stepped into the beautiful lobby, we were met with warmth, kindness, and proactive service. We arrived just minutes before our appointment—having already completed the intake forms, medical record transfer, and deposit online—and we were impressed by how smoothly everything moved. Nova was weighed right away, and we were shown into a spotless exam room within minutes. The veterinarian who helped us entered promptly and listened with full attention. He asked thoughtful questions about our concerns, Nova’s triggers, her current medication, and her past diagnoses. He offered honest, evidence-based feedback, validated the research we had done on our own, and even shared additional insights without us having to ask. For example, he noticed Nova had dry skin during her exam, asked about her diet and bathing routine, and explained possible causes in a clear and helpful way. A very important note: at no point did he try to push products or unnecessary services. Their pricing is also very fair, which made us feel even more confident in the care decisions we were making. He led with information, not sales—so every step felt informed, supported, and truly centered on what’s best for Nova. The clinic states that they provide high-quality, compassionate veterinary care, clear communication, and a calm, comfortable experience for both pets and owners. They also emphasize gold-standard medicine and timely referrals when specialized care is needed. I can confidently say that Sage Creek Animal Hospital lives up to every one of these claims. They provided exceptional care for our dog and made us, as her humans, feel respected, supported, and truly taken care of. We’re so relieved to have finally found a veterinary team we trust.

I brought my animals here for the first time over a year ago because we moved into the city. We were back again today for my cat, Pebbles. From the front desk to the staff in the back, each time I bring my animals to them it has been a great experience. I feel as though the pricing is fair and they really love animals. They just want the best for their clients. I will continue bringing my pets here despite not living in the area.

My parents pup, Reece, got sick this week and had to have emergency exploratory surgery to find the source of his pain. We had never visited Sage Creek vet before, but they accepted us same day (almost immediately) as an emergency. Dr Azad listened to my mom so intently and our past experience in a similar situation with previous pets and fosters, taking it seriously from the get go. She found a mass, calling my mom during the surgery to notify us and to ask what our preferred next course of action would be. Due to the severity, we made the difficult decision to let our pup go during his procedure instead of waking him up to say goodbye and have to put him to sleep again. I went in the same day to finalize paper work and sign off on cremation. The reception staff, vet techs, and Dr Azad all welcomed me warmly, every single staff having the knowledge of who Reece was, what he came in for, and what ultimately happened. Dr Azad asked to meet with me, and was so compassionate while she filled me in step by step on the procedure and what she found, offering me a hug and warm condolences at the end of our meeting which I’ve never experience in my 15+ years (and my parents 30+ years) of fostering and having pets. Aside from their welcoming and compassionate care, what ultimately led to this review, was when I called St Norbert veterinary hospital to cancel Reece’s future appointments and close his file on my parents behalf, when they let me know that Sage Creek had already contacted them our behalf to fill them in and notify them to cancel any future appointments. Not only were we not expecting this, but they did it without charge or request. Ultimately, this shows that not only do they show great care to their patients but that they genuinely care about their patients families, and WANT to make their patients families process of losing a beloved family pet that much easier. Thank you to all of the Sage Creek staff, you are a special and one of a kind facility. We know Reece was in the best of hands for the last hours of his life 🩷
