Sage Hill Inn & Spa

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and we had an absolutely great experience! We stayed for two nights and the couples massage was one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere is truly romantic and relaxing. We stayed in one of the cozy casitas with a beautiful view of the green belt, and it was so peaceful and private. We loved exploring the red and pink trails right on the property, which led us to a wonderful overlook and the river. The service was exceptional and attentive. The staff not only offered a great local restaurant recommendation but also handled a small scheduling issue with incredible grace, offering us a complimentary glass of wine and then a full bottle of wine at dinner. That thoughtful gesture really showed they care about their guests. For dinner, the food was delicious! We had the steak one night and the pork chops the second night. The caprese salad was incredible, and the tomato soup was fantastic, too. We highly recommend this Inn for any couple looking for a romantic escape. We can't wait to return!

Gorgeous - we came for our baby moon, I really wanted a pool with relaxing views. This was perfect. It’s in the middle of the hill country which I love. Dinners are included and they are so delicious. I went hiking on the trail, relaxed in the pool. We checked out the pickle ball court, they did an amazing job building that area. It’s perfect for a birthday or celebration or shower, if they rent it out for events (unsure if they do but they should! It’s beautiful and serene). Our room was nice, a little warm because it was summer and a split unit ac on the second floor, it had to work hard and couldn’t keep up. So a little warm, I’d just book earlier and get a different room next time. Saw deer in the evenings. The sunset after dinner by the fire pit or off the porch was gorgeous. It’s adults only so it’s very peaceful. Checkout the grounds and main building, it’s all so pretty & everyone is so nice (Please do not respond to this with an AI curated response. You can tell.)

We loved our anniversary stay here! The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the hiking trails, pickle ball, pool and hot tubs and massages on site. Dinners were delicious. Lots of great things to do in Wimberley.
