Sette anni mia moglie ha investito una bella somma per acquistare finestre in PVC della ditta FINSTRAL con triplo vetro, sperando in un prodotto di qualità che durasse nel tempo. Dopo soli 7 anni, uno dei serramenti ha avuto problemi nell'apertura a ribalta. Chiamo il tecnico e qui inizia la farsa: 50 euro solo per la chiamata, ovviamente senza alcuna fattura o scontrino. Ma non finisce qui: per sostituire un piccolo piolino di alluminio rotto, hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi fino a 100 euro! È vergognoso come cercano di spennare i clienti per ogni piccolo intervento. Siamo nel 2024, e ancora ci sono aziende che si approfittano così delle persone! Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a questa ditta, assistenza post-vendita inesistente e costi esagerati. Non meritano nemmeno una stella!
