ReL0ad3rSuddenly I had a very loose tooth and asked the front desk at Healthy Smiles if I mite be able to see the doctor as a urgent walk in... The receptionist stared at me for about 20 seconds and then said no nothing available until 13 daysfrom now. I replied so the doctor doesn't see people on an urgent basis? She says to me, "it doesn't matter" I'm telling you my schedule tells me he's booked for 13 days. I asked her if there's any chance she could tell the doctor my situation? She replied he's busy with another patient. I replied No problem I'll wait. She then told me "I know the doctor and he won't see you without an appointment, the next appointment opening is in 13 days" Normally I would just walk away, but she was very smug and rude with her demeanor and tone. I left my phone number to have the doctor call me... Receptionist told me, "more than likely he's not going to call you" I replied "can you please give him my number" She shrugged her head then let out a deep breath of air and said "like I said, he's more than likely not going to call you but I'll give it to him anyways, I'm not making any promises" as she rolls her eyes at me. Within 3 minutes after leaving the doctor called me with an extremely rude voice and attitude and he says "what do you want! I'm here calling you" I started to tell him what happened, and he interrupted me and said "what is it that you want" again in a extremely stern rude voice. I said "never mind" and hung up. This is no way to treat anyone who's physically hurting. I do not recommend this place!
mayra gomezI would never come here again .went in today for a full price , but half ass cleaning by the assistant???? Like what? . I have been dental assistant before for more 8 years , I never used a cavitron machine to clean patients teeth unless certified to do so . That's the doctor's and hygienist job . And I paid cash !!!! I also recently got lots of work done here and spend lots of money .

Dr. Rodolfo Barbosa is not only a very thorough dentist, but he’s an extremely personable, nice person. All the other women in the office have also been so helpful and nice. I have had the most comprehensive care for my teeth than I ever have before. I highly recommend!

I tried almost every dentist on Las Vegas and after the first visit with Dr. Barbosa and meeting everyone on her staff I knew I'd found the one, you really feel like family at this office :) it's just so rare to find truly GOOD people working in dentistry and Dr. Barbosa is kind, honest and fair. I feel so lucky. Now my whole family goes here and we're all so happy.
