First time ordering from Sailrite. We needed some matching fabric for our boat covers. I ordered a one yard length and matching thread to see if the sail fabric would work. I am so impressed with this business - my one yard was mailed to me rolled onto a cardboard tube and then wrapped in plastic wrap. This prevented my fabric from arriving in a folded mess full of wrinkles. My order arrived quickly with email updates. Thank you for taking such pride in your business. I’ve already told a dozen people about you. Many times it is the smallest things that stand out.

We've purchased from Sailrite for about 2 years now as we started canvas work. It's been challenging but with their online videos and assistance we are working through the bugs. Their customer and product support is absolutely first class and they set the bar for outstanding service. The blog posts, the videos, the in-person support - all outstanding. I have yet to come across an issue or project where there hasn't been a tutorial or a product selection guide that tells me exactly what I need to know. They clearly listen to their customers and consistently try to give them everything they possibly can to be successful.
