Sue BamfordCollection of persciption issued via 111 service, the one star is due to the fact that the pharmacist on duty was not been given access to the system and was unable to check the ref number on the BOOTS text message. If you are operating an OOH service then ensure it is fit for purpose. The pharmacist was very apologetic and helpful, he was able to find the prescription thankfully (5 stars for him).
AnnaOn 21/12/2024 at 5.15pm an extremely rude pharmacy assistant ignored me for 2 minutes to put stickers on boxes and I could see I was standing right there at the counter in front of her. Then they decide to serve me. When someone is ill and can hardly stand which is why they need the prescription they should not have to wait and be ignored by a rude member of staff with zero customer service skills. The store manager will even see this on the CCTV.

TalarThe staff are really nice and I really like boots own products. However I just got here from Hungary and I really don't like the design of the store much. In Hungary there's is DM which is similar to Boots and shopping there was more fun and design of the store was more interesting and the stuff were easier to find, they had more varieties as well like roll on wax, nail buffer or different types of foot file which you can't find it here.
