We also took our elderly cat to them when her health suddenly declined and we had to say goodbye to her. They were so kind and sympathetic, and we never felt rushed or overlooked. They are skilled, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. They remind us when our dog is due for shots, and she doesn't flinch when she gets them. We've had her to other vets and never felt like we were involved in her care, there was never a collaborative approach with those vets and us. We keep going back to Saint Mary Animal Hospital because they obviously care and know what they're doing. They've even given us tips on grooming products/clippers, which i purchased (not from them -- it wasn't a sales pitch) and it has made all the difference as I groom her at home. It's so reassuring to have them for our little Ella's healthcare team!
