R LeeThere's a reason Salina Plumbing has such great reviews. We chose Salina Plumbing because we read several of the great reviews on google. Our situation was a very minimal issue but one that hadn't been fixed. Our normal long time plumber came out 3 different visits and somehow was not able to fix a slow running toilet. I'm thinking man this really must be something tricky or complicated if our trusted plumber has been out 3 times, charged all 3 times, and still can't get it to stop running. We decided to get a second opinion, using only reviews on google. Rick was very quick to respond and was very intrigued as to why this slow running toilet couldn't be fixed. He was further amazed that when he checked the very first thing to check (the flapper), it was in fact the culprit. Rick was great explaining some of the operation and how to service/fix/address some of these common issues in the future which we greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your help.
