I had an emergency this morning as my kitchen faucet would not stop running. Superior Plumbing sent plumber Curtis and his assistant to service the issue. They took the time to call me from another job to ensure that I knew how to turn off the water. I am very pleased with the excellent service I received. I rarely leave reviews unless I’m really impressed, or really appalled by the service. It’s the latter in this case. To put it mildly, I would rather let my sewer line explode with sewage pouring through my property freely paired with entire house being flooded and caving in before ever asking Superior Plumbing to come for repair ever again. From taking advantage of me when I had an emergency, to all the way to giving false measurements to incur higher costs material and labour wise. After emergency had been taken care of by them (which I will have to check with other plumbers), I had second opinions that were almost 500% lower than the amount I was charged. Yes you read that well, 500% if not even more for some projects. I was quoted for 100 feet of piping needed when actual measurement and distance was less than 50 feet. I could go on and on. I had no choice at the time and had to go with them, but never in my wildest dreams have I thought that I will be charged such obscene amounts. There’s some good people that work there, but this culture and work ethic is coming from management and owners directly. Vile and horrible. Never again. Ever.

I had an emergency and Superior was there in about an hour. Extremely nice men were sent...Kurtis and Sebastian...very polite and professional. I have finally found a reliable plumber. Job well done!
