I was going to this hairdresser often as a teenager. It was okay for my taste back then. I actually stopped going here because they kept charging me extra just for ironing my already-straight hair. I went back today after years, to get some layers before my birthday. I even showed a picture. My hair looks nothing like the picture. I even told him to keep my length and still he cut it about 2-3 inch shorter. My hair is naturally thick and I have a lot of it too, and now it looks thin like never before. Sigh. Never coming here again. I was reminded of why I stopped coming in the first place.

Kevin is good. Dont bother having your haircut on the lady with short hair. Too agrresive with the razor. No finnesse in cutting hair. She didnt even bother to check if thickness are the sameon both sides. Remember it is the customer's hair you are cutting. Self confidence and self esteem of the customer is your responsibility. I will never go back with this kind of service. Dont waste your money here. They need more training. Zero skills. She probably use her scissors less than 2 mins.

Been going there for many years. I have moved around over the years but I would make a trip to go get my haircut there. They understand my Asian hair lol. I can't speak for other hair styles but I have long thick semi wavy hair and I almost always get the same haircut - layers, thinned out a bit and it always works for me. Kevin is very good but you can also trust his assistants to give a good haircut. I usually just choose whoever is available at the time. Yes, it can get busy at times and especially on Fridays and weekends. I just usually just drop in because like others have said even with an appointment you might still wait.
