I went there 1 month ago and my hair became a color I didn't want, then we decided to go for a repair, we agreed and they tried to apply a product to my hair again and make it blonde, I liked it very much the first day, the employee who took care of me was very sweet, but after I took a shower my hair became orange, like a terrible neighborhood hairdresser, I definitely don't recommend it, it made me feel depressed for days.

My daughter bought hair care items here & within a few minutes realized she'd made a mistake as they were too large & she would be unable to take them on the plane. Returned to the store within 3 minutes & they refused to give her a refund, stating "refunds are too hard to do, so no refunds!" They exchanged the items for very small travel sizes only, but no refund. Do not shop here!
