Alma D777/5000 Unfortunately, my experience in the salon was disappointing, from the treatment to the haircut, I was able to hear a gentleman who called Lisa the person who attended me. She was quite hostile to me, which did not matter to me because after waiting a long time due to COVID and with long hair, I would get a haircut, it is true, I was excited and even took a photo of how I wanted it, but it seems that she did not care, it was as if she cut my hair with her eyes closed and very reluctantly, the left side shorter than the right, I pointed it out to her, but she ruined it even more. I am really very sad, my hair has never been cut so ugly, I try to understand and justify what happened, but I can't find a reason.
T KWent in for a trim based on great reviews. Lisa only spent a total of 10 minutes rushing to cut my hair after I waited over 1 hour while she cut all the men that came in after me. I came out with these completely uneven horrible bangs. Would only recommend to men that like razor cuts.

Not only did she cut my hair beautifully, but Lisa was so kind and friendly the whole time I was there. She went above and beyond to make sure I liked my hair and even spent time at the end to show me ways to style it. I've never gone to a hair salon and had such amazing service. Also the price of the haircut is definitely unbeatable. I highly recommend this salon, and will only go here for all my future haircuts!!
