J'ai eu la chance d'être coiffée par Séverine pour mon mariage. Nous avons d'abord essayé un chignon puis une coiffure plus détachée, tout en y intégrant un peigne de fleurs fraiches et mon voile comme je le souhaitais. La coiffure me ressemblait et a tenu toute la journée et même la nuit. Merci Séverine !
Vraiment déçue ! J'avais l'habitude de venir faire coiffer ma fille dans ce salon, vous ne me verrez plus! J'ai pris rdv pour aujourd'hui (rdv pris depuis au moins 1 mois). Pour la coupe de cheveux, rien à dire! Mais quand j'ai demandé qu'on fasse un brushing à ma fille (on lui sechait simplement les cheveux), on m'a répondu "pas le temps, il faut compter au moins 30mn pour un brushing, il aurait fallu le préciser au téléphone "! Depuis quand le brushing est en supplément ? Je ne suis pas responsable si vous prenez trop de rendez-vous en même temps! Et un peu plus d'amabilité ne ferait pas de mal ! Pour finir, ma fille est ressortie du salon les cheveux mouillés, je lui ai moi même fait son brushing à la maison (pour info ça m'a pris 15mn et je ne suis pas professionnelle !).
Rendez-vous pris le matin pour le midi. Très bien accueilli pour la 1ère coupe de notre garçon d'1an. Outre les sourires et la bienveillance de toute l'équipe, Séverine sait y faire avec les enfants et le résultat est au rendez-vous. Nous reviendrons à coup sur !
