I had a wonderful experience at Salon 77. I went in for blue coloring, eyebrow shaping, and waxing, and I am very happy with the results. The waxing was completely painless and the products they use are of very good quality, leaving my skin smooth and refreshed. On my first visit the blue shade came out a little lighter than what I had in mind. What I appreciated most was how positively Mandy and her team responded. They immediately gave me another appointment to adjust it and the result was exactly the shade I had hoped for. My eyebrows were shaped beautifully to suit my face and the hair color has already received many compliments. Mandy, the owner, and her staff are professional, welcoming, and genuinely care about their clients. If you are looking for excellent service and high quality products, Salon 77 is a great choice.

I’ve been getting my hair done at this lovely salon for a few years now and I am never left disappointed. Mandy and her team are always so warm and welcoming, and have the skills and talent to match! When I tell Mandy my vision and ideas for my hair, she is very receptive and she always delivers with great results. I can tell she is a perfectionist, as she really makes sure that every detail is done just right. I have longer/thicker hair, and have been to many salons in the past that took hours upon hours to dye and cut it. But I appreciate how efficient Mandy is, she gets the job done beautifully, and she doesn’t waste any time. On top of that, it’s always a relaxing, pleasant visit. I highly recommend checking out her salon!

I got my hair highlighted a beautiful warm Carmel couloir on dark brown hair and it just lit up my whole face! I can’t believe the difference it made and I was so impressed with Mandy’s mad colour skills! I highly recommend highlights to change it up. Also Aman the lovely assistant did a half hour head massage and made me almost fall asleep it was so Devine! I love this Salon 77!

I was assured that layers would increase volume, not reduce it. However, the final result looked very different from the reference, and my volume at the bottom was noticeably reduced. At the end, I was told this happened due to hair breakage and layers, which directly contradicted what I was told before the haircut. This inconsistency was confusing and frustrating. What also stood out was the lack of focused attention. While working on my hair, the stylist stepped away to attend to another client without checking with me first. This made the experience feel rushed and transactional rather than personalized. Additionally, after the haircut, there was a strong push to talk about and promote anti-frizz products. I only wanted information, not a sales pitch, and it added to the feeling that the visit was more about upselling than client satisfaction. Overall, I felt that more time should have been spent understanding what I actually wanted, referring back to the picture, and ensuring I was happy with the outcome. I believe salons benefit more from prioritizing quality, communication, and long-term client trust rather than trying to serve many clients at once without full attention. I was okay waiting for my appointment and was respectful throughout, but I left feeling unsatisfied and unheard, which is disappointing given how important hair is to a client.
