Tina was absolutely amazing! Not only is she very skilled and experienced, she has wonderful people skills. She was warm and welcoming from the start to the end. She suggested the best colour for me and talked me through the whole process. A whole array of drinks were offered and I chose a latte. Absolutely delicious! I noticed how good and gentle she was with small children who came for a trim. No ask was too big for her. Having 18 years of experience does show. Her whole team is friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was amazing. I would not hesitate to book my next appointment with her. She made my hair look like a million dollars! 🤩 Thankyou, Tina and team. X

Tina offered us a cancellation slot and was so warm and welcoming to my boys. She totally understood what my 10 yr old wanted and respected his wish for longer hair - we've not had success in the past so this was a really positive cut. She was kind and gentle with my 5yr who has not had much experience getting his haircut. Thank you for fitting us in! :)

I showed a photo at consultation and before she started dying my hair the results I would like. Shocked and Upset with the result, I emailed at home and then had a phone call to fix the problem. I emailed saying how the colour was nothing like we discussed. The next few days it was clear to me that my hair had been badly damaged from the bleach as my hair had become stretchy and snapping off. I was nervous about returning on the verge of tears I explained about the colour and more importantly about the state of my damaged hair. She was very dismissive of my concerns about the damage as she said it happens when you bleach hair, I said I had bleached my hair before and it had never been in this bad condition and it wasn’t anything she had done whilst colouring my hair. Apparently I had asked for a full head of foils, I think she should be aware not all customers know the terms that are used, as I had shown the photo both times I believed that is what I was getting. The hairdresser went to the back room where other members of staff followed her. I could tell they were all talking about me as the salon was very quiet, which made me feel more comfortable and extremely vulnerable. We talked about that she would add some colour to bring down the brightness. After the colour was washed out it was the same colour as my natural hair. She put on a hair mask and gave me some to takeaway. The hair mask has not fixed the damage or condition to my hair. At the end I just wanted to get out of the chair, as all the other members of staff had left and felt she wanted to leave on so was annoyed and frustrated. It’s seems I have spent a lot of money to come out with the same colour but very damaged. I feel I have to go to another salon and the extensive cost it will be in the future fixing this problem. Extremely upset and sad about my hair.
