I would like to start off by saying that leaving the country was a huge step for my daughter and I. So I reached out to Andy and talked with him about wanting to visit the Dominican Republic and what fit our budget. Andy made sure that he walked us through each step from leaving through customs, flight times and delays, making she the proper paperwork was submitted on both ends. Once we reached our resort Dreams by Onyx we found out that we were booked as Preferred guest. Everything was basically private even areas on the beach. When we checked in they took us to a private room that consisted of drinks and food just for us. We also had our own personal concierge name Ely Jesus. Between Andy and Ely everything was perfect. Our room had a perfect view of the oceans, food, excursions and people were great throughout the trip. Andy is very personable and cares about giving our family the best experience, price and memories. Thank you Andy I wish I could upload some of our pictures.
