Communication was great and Zach the service advisor was very helpful, they gave me a ride to work when I dropped my truck off as well. They charged me for 2 hours of labor for diagnosing and they could not come to a resolution because they were not able to source the parts needed for the repair. When I asked about $40.80 in shop supplies I was told it was for zip ties and wifi… yes wifi.

I just left this place, they are super nice, super efficient, and superbly priced. If you need a deck fixed, slip plate on them, air leak, that's what I got done they had it exactly 1 day and I'm never impressed by shops until now. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Consumer beware This review will be a bit more in-depth on this company. Initially brought in a 2011 Dodge ram for and ABS and brake light issue. Was told after diagnostics was the ABS pump and module And module not replaceable. $ out. Next the rear end went out And had to get vehicle towed received an estimate on towing from John, which ended up being $200 more than anybody else. Once the vehicle was in their shop, it was determined that the rear end needed to be overhauled brake replacement, etc. while the vehicle was on the rack carrier bearing was replaced and the entire rear axle was overhauled cost of well over $3800. They flushed the transmission and at no time advised me that that should Not be done. Repairs completed drove back to 60 miles Where I was staying. Two days later lost reverse in the transmission and limped back to the shop was advised transmission needed to be overhauled was given an estimate of 7300$. When the truck was ready, I was given a bill of 8300$ and some change. Drove home And the new carrier bearing came apart. John manager sent a mechanic out to repair it. It was evident why the previous new carrier bearing failed by there incompetence of the mechanic replacing it. Contacted the transmission company that did the rebuild on my transmission and was told that that transmission normally cost 5 to 6 grand to replace or overhaul. Silverado Road Service Diesel Repair tacked on one to $2000 for the transmission on top of his time. Once I returned home back to Alaska, had my mechanic go over and look at XYZ work that was done. WAS DETERMINED THAT COVER PLATE ON TRANSMISSION NOT INSTALLED, CARRIER, BEARING BURRS, AND DINGS ON BEARING ITSELF, MISSING VENT TUBE AND SPEED SENSOR EITHER NOT INSTALLED OR WAS BAD. REMEMBER THE INITIAL REASON FOR GOING TO THE SHOP ABS LIGHT AND BRAKES. One was of thought that if you’re overhauling the entire rear end, you would’ve replaced the vent tube and check the speed sensor which ultimately caused the ABS to malfunction. John, the manager is more of a used car salesman and will give you a different story at every turn. Consumer beware using this company for anything. They will be reported to consumer affairs
