The rooms are spotless, and if you’re worried about the noise from the trains, don’t be — you can’t hear a thing. Breakfast was delicious, the customer service was excellent, everyone was super friendly and greeted us with a smile. Plus, they have Halloween decorations! Even though the pool was closed, we got to enjoy the jacuzzi. I’d definitely come back to this place!

Checking in can be a bit confusing, but ok. A bit noisy, as in thin walls & people talking in the hall sound loud. Staff keeps proping opening fire doors, which would keep noise down a bit. Friendly service.
BlueJeh MizrahiI was desperate to get out of another bad housing stay. This isn’t a hotel or even on par with a hostel. The older lady is too much of a jokester, despite Id confirmation. It’s a tiny tiny room, with a bathroom, the halls are so narrow, and not accessible for plus size/ elders/ disabled folks. For roughly a week as one person it’s $430 the only benefit is its location. But save your dollars for somewhere else decent.
nadia sakachThis hotel scammed my family. We booked this hotel, and when we arrived, they didn’t have our names on the list, but it did show that we had paid for two rooms on our bank account. We were supposed to stay here for one night on August 2, 2025. The person working had brown skin, dark hair and was short, with medium-length hair that told us we could get our money because the rooms they showed us literally smelled like smoke. There were about five other girls who came in and they were about to book a room to stay but after we showed them the rooms they agreed that they also smelled like smoke so they left. Now this hotel is lying and saying we actually slept overnight when that isn’t the case at all as we left right after. They are providing false documents stating we stayed over with “proof.” The bank also wants us to prove that we didn’t stay over there but that isn’t even possible because we just went home. I’m sure they are pissed at us because they lost a lot of customers that day. After all, we showed people how gross the room was. Hope they get their karma.
