Absolutely the worst container storage place I have ever dealt with. I spoke with these people yesterday and let alone I was treated rudely he also gave me the incorrect information. I had asked him what the process is for my drivers and where would I go to get a reefer container. He tells me Blundell Road in Richmond. I find out the next day from my drivers this isn't the correct place as they only offer dry vans and that they have to go to New Westminister to pick up reefer units. Well in the trucking industry time is money and having 2 drivers spend additional time to go somewhere I should have been told the first time is completely ridiculous. I will ensure all my container allocations to Euro Asia are sent to Harbour Link and I have reported this to the Vessel as well.

Anytime you go there to pick up or drop off container took more than hour.booth check up man very rude don’t tell you your spot clearly then you drive to machine operator He always ask you which container you need ? .No communication between them.vary rude always keep you waiting for no reason.unprofessional stuff.
