Had a satisfactory service from this firm. The product(french door) is very good. Good quality of metal is used and the rates seem high but are justified by good quality and excellent service. Would recommend visiting the factory and seeing the french door first before ordering.

I had done a booking for two French Doors at this place... Owner is polite but one female employee Miss Archana who handles the customers is extremely rude and arrogant.. Quality Doors but very highly priced(as per the standard price in the market for the same sections and fittings) as they add more on the accessories and fittings later to make a total cumulative cost which crosses way over than the per square feet price which I found out after I placed the orders. Their main strategy is that they will give you a presentation of a 'two' paneled GI door(the market door) to their 'three' panelled door in which they compare both and show some differences. They also justify this big difference (almost 12 K for two GI doors) pricing for a small difference of fittings like screws instead of rivets and some design differences. I had to cancel my order only because of the Rude and Arrogant behaviour of their female customer coordinator for GI doors and blatant ovepricing.. As they say "we only call once for follow up after the order is placed" . No proper follow up after the booking is done (but an extremely good follow up till they get the order placed) Too much of an attitude. Humility and customer empathy needed maybe some training needed there. Overall a bad experience because of the service and follow up was bad; as the product is not just the physical tangible item like doors and windows but also the intangibles like service, verbal/phone follow-up and after sales. So would not recommend because of the rude customer service personnel and overpricing as compared to the market for doors made with same sections. Sometimes because of a few employees the entire organization gets its service and name spoilt. Anyways if you do go there please compare pricing and cross check to see whether I have a point. -A customer who values time, money and integrity.
