My husband had been wanting to sell my apartment in International city for some time so he put up an advertisement on dubizzle. This is how we met Mr. Imran ul haq. I must say Mr. Imran is very professional and easy going person. Not only he has got good commination skills but I was surprised when he told us that only 3 of his ACCA papers are left. He is also about to complete his flying hours so that he could get his commercial pilot license. He found us very good and trustworthy buyers who didnot waste our time like some of the buyers usually do. Land office branch was in Fairmont hotel. We reached there in time and tea and coffee was served to us. Transfer process was smooth. I wish this apartment proves lucky for the buyer family as it proved lucky for us. We would love to deal with Mr. Imran again. I don't have pictures of the smart folk office but I clicked a few pics at fairmont hotel where property transfer took place.
