Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Koala to others. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Be prepared to spend $ & time for repairs after the crew is gone. The crew did a thorough job of removing the old insulation but left a ton of insulation, metal & plastic pieces, pliers, metal washers etc. in the front yard that took me a while to get out of the grass. Then during the blow-in they stepped on 2 HVAC vents, popping them both thru the ceiling below, one causing damage that still needs to be patched/sanded/ painted. But the costly mistake was the hall light that didn't work after they left. My husband tried to fix but we ended up having to call an electrician to come out to repair the wire. We understand accidents happen but when I notified Koala, they didn't offer to deduct the cost of the electrician from our final bill, or deduct anything for the repairs we'll have to do to our ceiling, or for me having to clean up the front yard.

All of the different options were explained to me in detail, with no pressure or up-sell tactics. The work was performed on schedule, and they did a terrific job of it. I felt the final cost was very reasonable and there were no surprise charges or hidden fees. I would definitely work with these guys again.
