Our recent experience was disappointing, as they mishandled our dress order, altering the design and color without accepting responsibility, dismissing it as a common occurrence. Furthermore, a senior staff member, positioned in an inconspicuous corner, displayed inappropriate behavior towards our female family members. He interjected into the conversation without context, making derogatory remarks. His comment, "Aurton ko mardon se baat nahi karni chayeh," was both uncalled for and offensive. Despite being loyal customers for 7-8 years and appreciating Umair's reasonable approach, this single incident has compelled our entire family to sever ties with Sanam Boutique. Potential shoppers should be cautious when considering this boutique, as it seems they may face humiliation at any given time.

Very poor service, I wanted my work done and they had time as well but the attitude is disappointing. They are very proud and rude. They did not even give me the down payment I paid, instead they lied that they have used it up and have done a lot of work with it. Would not recommend at all.
