I spent a while looking for a barber in the Mesa, area but didn’t find anything that really caught my attention until I found Sanctuary. I’ve got asian male hair too so it’s not the easiest to cut, but Heather did such a great job! I got exactly what I wanted, Heather was super communicative about what was going on, and it was a great experience all around. Plus is a small business owned by a husband and wife. Highly suggest Sanctuary Barber Co. if you’re looking for a barber or looking for a change in barbers. Go support your local business!

Dan is awesome. I have been bouncing around many barbers the last couple of years but could never find one that I was completely satisfied with until now. After my first cut, I got the most compliments I’ve ever gotten after a haircut, and it’s been consistent since I’ve been coming back. Great attention to detail and good conversation. Bonus points for having The Office playing in the background most of the time as well.

Made an appt for my husband with the owner who was very friendly. Morning of, the lady called him to let him know she was running behind. Gave him ample time and didn’t wait for him to almost be there before giving him the heads up which he appreciated. He said the experience overall was very good and we both like the cut. Would absolutely recommend and he would definitely return.

Dan and Heather are hands-down the BEST barbers in town. My husband has been seeing them for years, and we honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with his hair. They’re not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but also some of the kindest, most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. Heather and Dan go far out of their way to make each client feel comfortable and make sure that they’re not only looking their best, but feeling their best.
