I had a NeuroCalm Touch session with Brenda and it was extremely relaxing. Brenda used a gentle but effective touch to target reflex points and work on my vagus nerve. While not a deep massage in the traditional sense, I felt extreme relaxation and slept very deeply at night. Highly recommend to anyone who is too in their heads, stressed out in their body, and needs to release that tension.
