I really appreciated that effort because it showed they value their patients and care about their reputation.. After our conversation, I decided to still go to their clinic — and I can confidently say it was the right decision.. The clinic itself is spotless, clean, and very presentable.. The atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable, which is so important especially for families with kids.. The staff are professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable.. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed.. What stood out the most to me was how honest and patient-centered they are.. Instead of pushing to do the procedure themselves (which they easily could have and earned more money from), they referred my daughter to a specialist because they believed it was in her best interest.. That really impressed me — they are not after profit, they truly value the welfare and well-being of their patients.. After searching for a family dentist for so long, I honestly feel like I finally found the right one.. They charged me extra beyond the standard fees and also submitted an inflated claim to my insurance. There seems to be no consistent or transparent pricing—what you’re charged can vary without clear explanation. When I followed up, I was able to compare the billing details with other clinics and confirm with my insurance provider that the charges were not in line with the usual rates. I also have documentation to support this. I would not recommend this clinic, especially if you’re expecting fair and standardized pricing. Make sure to double-check everything they bill you for.
