After a misunderstanding with the receptionist, the supervisor personally reached out to me and made sure the situation was handled properly.. I really appreciated that effort because it showed they value their patients and care about their reputation.. After our conversation, I decided to still go to their clinic — and I can confidently say it was the right decision.. The clinic itself is spotless, clean, and very presentable.. The atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable, which is so important especially for families with kids.. The staff are professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable.. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed.. What stood out the most to me was how honest and patient-centered they are.. Instead of pushing to do the procedure themselves (which they easily could have and earned more money from), they referred my daughter to a specialist because they believed it was in her best interest.. That really impressed me — they are not after profit, they truly value the welfare and well-being of their patients.. After searching for a family dentist for so long, I honestly feel like I finally found the right one.. Thank you so much for accommodating us, for your professionalism, and for assisting us in the best way possible.. I now feel confident bringing my whole family here, knowing we’ll be taken care of with honesty and genuine concern.. ⭐ I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and patient-focused family dentist..

I had a dental appointment here recently, and while the actual service was okay, I was very disappointed with the billing practices. They charged me extra beyond the standard fees and also submitted an inflated claim to my insurance. There seems to be no consistent or transparent pricing—what you’re charged can vary without clear explanation. When I followed up, I was able to compare the billing details with other clinics and confirm with my insurance provider that the charges were not in line with the usual rates. I also have documentation to support this. I would not recommend this clinic, especially if you’re expecting fair and standardized pricing. Make sure to double-check everything they bill you for. When i got the statement from my insurance provider i was shocked to see the charges they claimed

I have a fear of dentists. Had not seen one in twenty years. Then it happened. i walked into Revita in fear and met Dr Afshan Ahmed . I sat down, and she took the time to make me comfortable and clean my teeth. Even when she hit a sensitive spot, she told me she understood, and this calmed me. I kept going, and she pulled teeth effortlessly. I could not believe it. Then, a recommendation of a chance to get a full smile and I took dentures. Well, I am wearing dentures and am so happy. Please go and see Dr Afshan. She is very friendly and helpful.
