The head spa room feels like a tropical escape — soft candlelight, warm tones, and the unique glow from the head-spa basin make the whole space feel cozy and calming. I’ve been a client of Juanita’s for years for other services, and today I finally decided to try the head spa. The treatment was incredible. The scalp massage released all my tension, the warm water felt soothing, and the entire process made my mind feel completely reset. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. I’ll definitely be trying a facial next.

Phenomenal experience! I booked the Japanese Head Spa and absolutely loved it from start to finish. I've been excited to try one of these for years after seeing them all over social media, and it did not disappoint. The location was easy to find with great parking, and the ambiance was wonderful—I loved the decorations. Now onto the actual experience: the water halo used during the treatment is so cool. It feels like a scalp massage on its own, but then the actual hands-on scalp massage takes it to another level. The ASMR elements during the treatment were also a really nice touch. The proprietor is truly skilled at her craft. I can't wait to come back for another session or try a different treatment!

My boyfriend and I did the couples tub soak at Sandalwood Wellness & Spa, and it was absolutely amazing! The private suite felt so peaceful and romantic — everything was spotless and beautifully set up with candles, rose petals, and relaxing music. We both left feeling completely relaxed and reconnected. Highly recommend for date night or a special occasion I can’t wait to go come back already!! — it’s truly a hidden gem in Northern Kentucky!

I went today for the Thai-inspired Japanese head spa. I was beyond impressed with it, and plan to come again in the future to see Miss Juanita! She is an absolute beautiful person, as well as great company. We had many conversations during my treatment. Come and see her! 100% worth it, and even better prices for the service. The atmosphere is very welcoming, personal, and private. Smells like heaven! Again, shout out to Juanita, she is an amazing owner!
