He was our accountant for a couple of years. When they started to get more customers and business started to grow, they stopped caring about the customers. My last interaction with them was a couple of years ago. We had two simple income tax applications. I asked for the price before I sent them the documents. Once they were done, the invoice they sent me had a different price. When I called them to ask about it, they told me if I didn't like it I should go somewhere else. Since it was close to the deadline I said I will next year but had to get them file for that year. I transfered our files right after that and never went back. I have an amazing accountant now. I wish I stopped using this company earlier. I do not recommend them. Note about the reply: "the time spent on your taxes" was the same time spent on them this year. I created an excel file with all the details calculated. It is a simple income tax for full time employees who work from home and have no other side businesses. We paid $360 to Sandhu&Company for 2 people in 2020(2 T4's and the working from home expenses that I prepared). This year, we filed our taxes the same way with working from home expenses and our T4's and paid $262.50 to our new accountant and received amazing customer service.
