Buyer beware! The store does not offer returns. I specifically asked an employee if returns were possible, and they stated that items could only be exchanged within 15 days. However, even when I tried to return the item the very next day, they refused. I wore the product just once, and the attached photos show the results—a disappointing lack of quality. When I went back to express my dissatisfaction, explaining that I paid 1,200 pesos for this poor quality and no longer wanted their products, they became arrogant and reiterated their policy of only offering exchanges. They even suggested that the piece might be a manufacturing defect but still refused a refund. Be cautious—the quality is not up to par, and their return policy is rigid. The pictures reflect the condition of the item after just one wear!!

Buyer beware, they tell you to your face that you can bring anything back within 15 days. There are no signs posted anywhere they tell you all sales are final and not refundable. But when you bring back one item, they refuse to refund the purchase. As others have noted, do not trust a word out of their mouth and be prepared to dispute record conversations and dispute the transaction with your credit card company.
